Supalai and Business Partners Participate in the
 “Road to Certify with CAC and CAC Change Agent”
Seminar on the Topic of “Transparent Business Chain for Sustainable Thai Business”

Ms. Thoopthong Hiranyanuraks, Director of Corporate Governance and Quality System, Supalai Public Company Limited, was honored by the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) with an invitation to be a guest speaker at the seminar “Road to Certify with CAC and CAC Change Agent” on the topic of “Transparent Business Chain for Sustainable Thai Business”. Together with the Corporate Governance team, they also joined as mentors for Supalai’s business partners in this activity. which was held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. at the Training Room, 3rd Floor, Capital Market Academy 2 Building.

The objective of this seminar was to provide suppliers and Change Agent companies that have declared their commitment to anti-corruption with guidance on preparing documentation for CAC certification, as well as to raise awareness of the importance of having appropriate internal control measures to mitigate corruption risks. This reflects the Company’s strong commitment to being a role model in corporate governance and in conducting transparent and sustainable business operations.
