In the first phase, Supalai launched both projects within the same community. Supalai Prima Villa Rangsit Klong 3, valued at approximately THB 3.36 billion, features luxury single detached homes on over        98 rai. The project offers seven house designs under the Romantic Charm Series, starting from 100 sq.wah of land and 238-502 sq.m. of usable space, accommodating only 271 families. Each home includes 4-5 bedrooms, 4-7 bathrooms, and parking for 2-4 cars. Key highlights include a large two-story premium luxury clubhouse, a free-form mineral swimming pool, nearly 4 rai of green space, and Future Living technologies such as underground electrical systems, home automation, airflow systems, solar rooftop installation, and EV charger readiness in every unit. Supalai Palm Springs Rangsit Klong 3, valued at approximately THB 1.79 billion, is developed on over 57 rai and comprises 310 units of single detached and semi-detached homes under the Romantic Charm Series. Usable space ranges from 141-210 sq.m., with 3-4 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, and parking for 2 cars. The project includes home automation systems and security systems, making it ideal for modern families seeking quality homes in a large community. Prices start from THB 4.19 million*.

Supalai has also developed a bridge crossing the canal in front of Supalai Prima Villa Rangsit Klong 3 to enhance accessibility and provide public benefits for both residents and the general public. The project features a distinctive gateway entrance connected to the bridge and is located on a prime site along Rangsit–Nakhon Nayok Road, with convenient access to the Kanchanaphisek Ring Road. SISB has previously developed an international school in Rayong adjacent to a Supalai project, demonstrating successful integration of “residential living and education.” The development of SISB’s 7th international school within this community marks another important step in expanding access to high-quality international education for families in the Rangsit area.
