Supalai Reinforces Its Leadership in Environmental Sustainability Achieves ISO 14064-1:2018 Certification for the Third Consecutive Year

Supalai Public Company Limited has received ISO 14064-1:2018 certification for organizational greenhouse gas emissions reporting for the third consecutive year, covering 233 projects nationwide. Total emissions amounted to 69,751 tCO₂e, with combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions decreasing by 4.28% and Scope 3 emissions dropping by 30.57% year-on-year. The company targets a 40% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and aims to achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2050.

(right), who served as a consultant for the organization’s greenhouse gas emissions reporting, also joining to congratulate the company on this achievement at Supalai Grand Tower; this marks the third consecutive year that the company has received this certification, reflecting its commitment to transparent business practices and environmental sustainability.

The company has prepared its organizational greenhouse gas emissions report for 2025, covering operations at its headquarters, Supalai Grand Tower, as well as low-rise housing projects and condominium developments across Bangkok, its metropolitan area, and regional provinces, encompassing a total of 233 projects nationwide—representing one of the most comprehensive disclosures in the real estate industry. Total greenhouse gas emissions amounted to 69,751 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO₂e), including direct emissions (Scope 1) of 1,452 tCO₂e and indirect emissions from electricity consumption (Scope 2) of 10,122 tCO₂e, bringing the combined total for Scopes 1 and 2 to 11,574 tCO₂e, a decrease of 4.28% compared to 2024, while other indirect emissions (Scope 3) totaled 58,177 tCO₂e, reflecting a significant reduction of 30.57% year-on-year.

The company continues to drive its organization under the “Sustainability Driven” approach, aiming for sustainable growth while considering long-term impacts on the environment, residents, and stakeholders in all dimensions—from design and construction processes to project management—through the use of environmentally friendly materials, expansion of green spaces, and adoption of clean energy. The company has also set a target to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 40% by 2030 and is committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, in order to strengthen its business resilience over the long term.
