Supalai Receives Honorary Award for Contributions to Thailand’s Real Estate Industry
Alongside Six Consecutive Years of Global Property Excellence Awards for “Supalai Blu Sathorn–Ratchaphruek”

Supalai Public Company Limited reinforces its leadership role in Thailand’s real estate industry by receiving the honorary award “Organization with Outstanding Contributions to Thailand’s Real Estate Industry,” while continuing its strong presence on the global stage with international property excellence recognition for the sixth consecutive year at the FIABCI–Thai Prix d’Excellence Awards 2025. The continued success of the “Supalai Blu Sathorn–Ratchaphruek” project reflects the Company’s core philosophy, “Quality Begins Inside,” which places quality at the heart of sustainable development.

Dr. Prateep Tangmatitham, Chief Executive Officer of Supalai Public Company Limited, received the honorary award “Organization with Outstanding Contributions to Thailand’s Real Estate Industry” at the FIABCI–Thai Prix d’Excellence Awards 2025. The award recognizes Supalai’s significant and long-standing role in the development of residential projects, condominiums, office buildings, and hotels for more than 36 years, as well as its contributions to social and environmental development and its adherence to international-standard management practices.

At the same event, Supalai also received international real estate excellence recognition for the sixth consecutive year from the “Supalai Blu Sathorn–Ratchaphruek” project, which won an Outstanding Award in the Condominium category. Mr. Chaijak Watanyu, Senior Director of Creative and Product Development, represented the Company in accepting the award. The recognition was determined by a distinguished panel of judges from Thailand and abroad, reflecting Supalai’s global standards as a developer that truly meets the needs of modern urban residents.
