Supalai Receives “Green Innovation for a Sustainable Future” Award from DOS LIFE Reaffirming Leadership in Sustainable Property Development

Supalai Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, represented by Mr. Chaijak Watanyoo, Senior Director of Creative and Product Development, received the Green Innovation Award from Thammasorn Group, manufacturer and distributor of DOS LIFE products. The award was presented by Mr. Dissaniti Towiwat, Executive Vice President of Thammasorn Group, in recognition of the strong collaboration in advancing the concept of “DOS GREEN INNOVATION – Innovation for a Sustainable Future.”

The collaboration between Supalai and DOS LIFE goes beyond the selection of environmentally friendly products for residential projects. It also encompasses joint innovation development aimed at supporting sustainable living for modern lifestyles. One notable outcome of this collaboration is the “Whole House Water Filter System,” which originated from an idea proposed by Supalai employees and was further developed in partnership with Thammasorn’s engineering team. The result is an all-in-one water storage tank with an integrated filtration system that helps save space around the home and offers convenient maintenance through easy filter replacement.

This innovation has been further developed into the DOS DUPONT Water Filter, which improves water quality by up to 97.6 percent by effectively reducing contaminants, sediments, and impurities in water storage tanks. Importantly, the innovation also contributes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by up to 3,647 kilograms of carbon dioxide equivalent. This calculation is based on two filter replacements per year across 17 pilot Supalai residential projects.
