Supalai Kram Khao Tao, Supalai Prima Villa and Palm Springs Rangsit Klong 3
Win EGAT Energy Saving Label No. 5

Supalai Public Company Limited places importance on incorporating energy efficiency into home design from the very beginning. The company received the “Energy Saving Label No. 5 Project” award for 2026 under the concept “Small Savings to Big Power,” presented by the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). This marks the sixth consecutive year that the company has received the award. Mr. Chaijak Watanyoo, Senior Director of Creative and Product Development, accepted the award from Mr. Akanat Promphan, Minister of Energy. This year, Supalai received a total of 15 awards, covering all four buildings of “Supalai Kram Khao Tao” and 11 house designs in the “Romantic Charm” collection from two projects: Supalai Prima Villa Rangsit Klong 3 and Supalai Palm Springs Rangsit Klong 3. All 15 entries met the certification criteria for energy efficiency.
To achieve these standards, Supalai prioritizes energy management from the planning and design stages of its residential projects. The company takes wind direction and sunlight exposure into account to reduce heat gain inside buildings. It also selects materials that enhance energy efficiency, such as lightweight brick walls and No. 5 energy-saving glass, and installs inverter air conditioners and LED lighting. These features align with EGAT’s Label No. 5 assessment criteria for houses and buildings, which cover three key areas: the building envelope, lighting systems, and air-conditioning systems.
For homebuyers, energy efficiency goes beyond meeting established standards. It also has a direct impact on everyday living, from spatial planning and material selection to the systems installed throughout homes and buildings. “Supalai Kram Khao Tao” is a private condominium project in
Khao Tao, Hua Hin, located approximately 400 meters from the beach. The project is now ready for occupancy, with prices starting at THB 3.59 million. The single-detached house projects include
“Supalai Prima Villa Rangsit Klong 3,” a premium development with prices starting at THB 12.99 million, and “Supalai Palm Springs Rangsit Klong 3,” offering single-detached houses and twin houses with prices starting at THB 5.5 million.
This approach reflects Supalai’s commitment to integrating energy efficiency into residential development from the design stage, ensuring that every element contributes to a comfortable living environment and delivers long-term benefits for residents.
