SUPALAI Showcases Strong Australia Business Performance, Recording A$420 Million in Pre-sales in 1H2026
Achieves 62% of Full-Year Target, Confident of Reaching THB 15 Billion in 2026 Sales
Supalai Public Company Limited continues to deliver strong growth in its Australian business. In the first half of 2026, the Company recorded pre-sales of A$420 million, or approximately THB 9.5 billion*, representing 62% of its full-year sales target of A$680 million, or approximately THB 15 billion. The performance reflects the strength of Supalai’s investment portfolio and the solid progress of its operations in line with the Company’s business plan.
Dr.Prasas Tangmatitam, Director of Supalai Australia Holdings Pty Ltd, said that achieving A$420 million in pre-sales, equivalent to 62% of the full-year target, within the first six months of the year underscores Supalai’s capability to identify high-quality investment opportunities and work with experienced project management partners, while continuing to generate sustainable growth.
The Company remains focused on maintaining a Balanced Portfolio, investing in locations supported by genuine Real Demand and diversifying investments across multiple states to accommodate differing market conditions from city to city. Supalai prioritises cities with strong underlying fundamentals, including population growth, employment expansion and housing supply that remains insufficient to meet demand - all of which are key drivers supporting continued business growth.
Dr.Prasas added that the residential market in Brisbane, Queensland, is currently a key growth driver for Supalai’s Australian business. In the first half of the year, Queensland accounted for 43% of the Company’s total pre-sales, the highest contribution among all states, supported by strong housing demand and limited new supply entering the market. These conditions have continued to drive residential property prices higher.
Meanwhile, the residential market in Melbourne, Victoria, remains in a recovery phase. Supalai continues to take a selective and prudent approach to investment in the market. In 2026, the Company successfully completed sales at two projects - Arcadia Officer and Brunswick Yard - with a combined total project value of more than A$190 million, or approximately THB 4.28 billion.**
Both projects have recorded sales and settlements progressively over several years. The figures above represent the total project value over the entire development period and should not be interpreted as sales or revenue generated solely during the first half of 2026.
This achievement demonstrates that careful site selection and the development of projects aligned with genuine market demand can continue to deliver strong performance even under challenging market conditions.
As of 30 June 2026, the Company had a total backlog of A$489 million, or approximately THB 11 billion*. More than half of the backlog is attributable to projects in Queensland, further reflecting the strength of Supalai’s portfolio and supporting continued business performance in the second half of the year.
Supported by its strong first-half performance and solid backlog position, the Company remains confident that it will achieve its 2026 sales target of A$680 million, or approximately THB 15 billion* as planned. Supalai will continue to pursue investment opportunities in high-potential locations and focus on quality growth, with the aim of further strengthening Australia as one of the key long-term growth drivers of the Group.
