Supalai Public Company Limited (SPALI), led by Dr. Prateep Tangmatitham, Chief Executive Director, along with the Board of Directors, held the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to report on the 2025 operational performance and the Company's growth plan for 2026. The 2026 AGM resolved to approve the dividend payment for the 2025 operational results to shareholders at a rate of 1.25 baht per share. As an interim dividend of 0.55 baht per share has already been paid, the remaining dividend to be paid for the second half of 2025 is 0.70 baht per share. The date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive the 2025 dividend (Record Date) is set for May 7, 2026, with the dividend payment scheduled for May 19, 2026.

For the year 2025, the Company generated total revenue of 24,772 million baht, a net profit of 4,015 million baht, and achieved presales of 26,249 million baht. In 2026, the Company is committed to driving stable business growth backed by its strong financial position. It aims to launch 28 new projects with a total value of 35,000 million baht, covering Bangkok and Metropolitan Region, and regional areas. Furthermore, the Company operates under a "Sustainability Driven" concept—growing without creating future costs. This approach considers long-term impacts on the environment, residents, stakeholders, and the Company’s competitiveness, spanning across the entire project lifecycle—from design, construction, and handover, through to property management.
